Questions clinics ask us.
Cost, HIPAA, setup time, EHR compatibility and contract length.
What is the 15-day free trial?
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial, so you can see the automation working in your own clinic. We begin with a free audit, then set up your plan. Before you start, we confirm in writing what the trial includes, any setup costs, and what happens when it ends. You are not obliged to continue after the trial.
How much does it cost?
There are four plans. Patient Connect & Analytics is $800 to set up and $697 a month. Clinic Core is $1,500 to set up and $1,097 a month. Ultimate Autonomous Practice is $2,500 to $3,000 to set up and $1,797 to $2,297 a month. Enterprise & Multi-Location starts at $5,000 to set up and $3,500 a month, covering up to 3 locations, with $500 to $700 a month for each extra branch. Setup is paid once and the monthly retainer is ongoing. Where a plan shows a range, you get a fixed quote after the free audit, based on your clinic's size and call volume. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial.
How do you handle HIPAA and patient data?
Before any clinic goes live we sign the data agreements its region requires, such as a BAA under HIPAA or a DPA under GDPR. That applies on every plan, not only Enterprise. Enterprise & Multi-Location adds our full HIPAA compliance protocol and a custom security review. Intake forms collect only the fields the clinic chooses and send them to the clinic's own systems. Call recordings, transcripts and sentiment analysis (Ultimate Autonomous Practice and Enterprise) are kept so the clinic can review them, may contain patient information, and are covered by the BAA, with retention agreed in writing. Our Security & Data page lists each vendor we use and whether a BAA covers it. We don't claim any certification: compliance is configured per clinic and confirmed in writing before launch. The contact form on this site collects only your name, email, practice details and scheduling preference.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the plan. Patient Connect and Clinic Core connect to the messaging channels and calendars you already use, so they are the quickest. The AI voice receptionist and custom EHR integrations take longer to build and test. You get a timeline in your fixed quote, before you decide anything.
Will it work with my EHR or EMR?
Enterprise & Multi-Location includes custom EHR/EMR integration, with direct API, HL7 or FHIR sync for systems such as Epic, Athenahealth and Cerner. On the other plans we connect through your calendar and messaging tools, and to clinic systems such as Jane, Cliniko and Dentrix where they allow it. The free audit confirms what you use and what can be connected.
How long is the contract?
Every plan has a 3-month minimum term. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are one-time. You see the full price in writing before you commit. The 3-month minimum term begins after your 15-day free trial.
Will this replace my front desk?
No. It handles the repetitive work, such as after-hours calls, first replies and reminders, so your team can focus on the patients in front of them.
Does the AI give medical advice?
No. In every build it is set up not to give medical advice, to tell callers to contact emergency services if they mention an emergency, and to hand off to a person for anything it can't handle. The clinic approves the wording before launch and can review call transcripts.
What happens in the free audit?
We review how enquiries reach your clinic, how fast they're answered and where appointments are lost, then show you what to fix, and set up your 15-day free trial if you want to try it. There's no obligation to buy.
Ready to fix your leaks?
Start your 15-day free trial. We begin with a free audit of where your clinic is losing revenue. No obligation.
